We provide eligible employees with a health benefit plan, a 401(k) plan and a profit sharing plan. In addition, employees are eligible to participate in the firm’s group life and disability insurance plans.
After you have obtained your certification, Nawrocki Smith will pay the annual membership fees for the AICPA as well as the NY State Society. Nawrocki Smith will also pay for your license renewal fee with the NYS Department of Education. We will provide forty hours of continuing professional education per year to all licensed professional staff at no cost to the employee.
